eh,ade one time tuh lepak dengan budak kecik nih,Muhammad Rais Akram namenyer..

Jogging

                                              This is the way  how to KURUS! haha.

Yesterday pergi tasik degan papa,mama n rais.
Jog dengan rais.papa juz have a walk alone. and mama pulak sit on the bench waiting for us.
Dah lame kot ta jog. At first tuh memanglah saenh jog dengan rais. laju kott dye jog..*budak cagers la katekan.ha. Sampai half way je aku terus TERpancit. Hee~ Iyelah banyak lemak tepu terkumpul balek rumah nih,haha. :D aku suro rais teoskan sorgsorg. dah ta larat kott. 

And,and aku jalan lah sorangsorang,aku rase ramai gle org kat tasik. Weekend kott,wajeb la ramai..apelah kauh ni qist.haha. Agakagak dah okay cket tuh aku pun jog balek slowslow ALONE!

First time jog sorgsorg. mcmmcm happen; kene kacau la,tg jog ade org ikut jog sekali la,ade org offer na teman la..tbetbe cuak jog sorangsorang.and wajeblah aku ignore je dyorg. nanti my 'Z' mara.hee. 
lepas nih tamo la jog sorang. seram sejuk. :P
mase na dekat sampai tuh bertembung dengan papa sbb papa jalan sonsang.ha,ble jumpe papa je. 'fuff! legalega,ta kne kcau dah.hee~


today na jog lagi dengan rais.kne tough la cket.tanak kne tggal lagi.
plusplus,na buang lemaklemak tepu. :P
